- 1992 Establishment of the company by Franc Vodopivec in a garage in Šentjernej
- 1994 Starting with the assembly of the hydraulic hoses and connections manufacturing
- 1998 Introduction of first representative contracts and distribution of foreign producers built-in hydraulic elements on the regional market
- 2002 Commencing assembly and reparations of hydraulic cylinder
- 2003 First successful service in the field with over 30 installers (including subcontractors) at the Vipap Videm Krško paper mill
- 2004 First steps in mechanical engineering (development and manufacturing of mobile filtering devices)
- 2005 Introducing in hose hydraulic aggreagates construction and assembly
- 2008 Start of services for Krško Nuclear Power Plant (reactor head opening and closing during regular overhauls each 18 months)
- 2010 Expansion in CNC production equipment (bending machines, lathes, presses)
- 2018 Implementation of ISO 9001 standard in company operations
- 2019 Development and production of lifting tables and conveyour lines
- 2021 Development and production of first in-house CNC machine (automated vertical press for wooden window frames) utilizing wider mechatronic technologies
- 2022 Systematic expansion in mechanical engineering (own development and protected trademark)
- 2023 Production of dedicated custom built turning and tilting tables for prefabricated house developers
- 2024 Introducting industrial robotic integrations to assist the existing technical solutions (pick & place, paletizing, cutting)
- 2025 Development and production of automatized heated hydraulic presses for laminating doors
